The rundown on STUPID WARS:
A fat collection of stories and pinups by a staggering amount of great artists that will be in the 300-400 page range, available in the Spring of '08. All artists involved are recieving a copy of the omnibus as a thank you for contributing as well as equal shares with me in whatever we make of any sales. I am self-publishing this monster and there will be a new Nobody story by me.

Brute! [link] (most well known for his work with KMFDM) is one of my all time favorite artists and agreed to do a piece for the Stupid Wars comic around the beginning of the new year. I am psyched.

Dermot Power, fantastic concept designer for films such as Attack of the Clones did a piece for the Stupid Wars book [link] . I am psyched.

NOW, one of my absolute favorite artists and I feel one of the most iconic comic pop-artists of the 70's has agreed to lend something to my dumb book. Herb Trimpe [link] ...aka Mr. Hulk# 181 (the co-creator of Wolverine) aka Mr. Marvel Godzilla series, aka Mr. Shogun Warriors aka Mr. DEFENDERS is going to do a pinup for the book. I am WAY more than psyched. I must piss myself.

In related news, Ralph Bakshi's assistant told me Bakshi was interested in seeing Stupid wars when it is done. Cool, eh?
